Dream Account – Content Terms of Use

2. User-Generated Content

You may upload, post, save, or share:

You retain ownership of any content you upload.

However, by uploading content, you grant TheHouse48 a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to:

• Host
• Store
• Display
• Reproduce
• Distribute
• Promote

your content within the platform for operational, marketing, and discovery purposes.

3. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any content you upload.

You agree that your content:

• Does not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights
• Does not violate privacy or publicity rights
• Is not misleading, false, or deceptive
• Does not contain harmful, abusive, or illegal material

TheHouse48 does not pre-screen all content but reserves the right to remove or restrict content at its discretion.

4. Prohibited Content

You must not upload or share content that includes:

• Violence or graphic harm

All platform design, features, and systems remain the property of TheHouse48.

Users may not:

8. Copyright Complaints

Dream Account access may be suspended if users:

• Permanent storage of content
• Continued availability of uploaded media

Users are advised to keep personal backups.

12. Limitation of Liability
