Early withdrawal requests may be considered in exceptional situations including, but not limited to:

  • Documented financial hardship
  • Emergency circumstances
  • Regulatory or legal requirements in the user's jurisdiction

All early withdrawal requests are subject to review and approval by the applicable partner bank and TheHouse48 platform administrators.

Where early withdrawal is approved, the following may apply:

  • Withdrawal processing delays due to compliance reviews
  • Administrative or processing fees
  • Forfeiture of platform incentives, rewards, or promotional bonuses associated with the savings goal

TheHouse48 reserves the right to approve or deny early withdrawal requests in accordance with applicable regulations and partner bank policies.

Nothing in this policy guarantees that an early withdrawal request will be approved.

Dormant Wallet and Abandoned Funds Policy

A DreamWallet account may be considered dormant if there has been no user activity for a prolonged period, as determined by applicable regulations or partner bank policies.

User activity may include:

  • Logging into the platform
  • Making deposits
  • Updating account information
  • Interacting with wallet services

Where a wallet is classified as dormant, TheHouse48 and its partner banks may take reasonable steps to:

  • Notify the user through registered contact details
  • Restrict certain account features until the user reactivates the account
  • Comply with applicable financial regulations regarding dormant or unclaimed funds

If a wallet remains inactive for an extended period as defined by the governing financial regulations of the partner bank's jurisdiction, funds may be handled in accordance with applicable unclaimed property or dormant account laws.

In such cases, funds may be transferred to the relevant regulatory authority or held by the partner bank in accordance with applicable laws.

TheHouse48 shall not be liable for actions taken to comply with regulatory requirements relating to dormant accounts or abandoned funds.

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information and periodically accessing their accounts to prevent dormancy.
