Miley Cyrus Sells Nashville Ranch for $14 Million

Singer Miley Cyrus just inked one of Nashville’s priciest real estate deals of 2022. Though the property was never officially on the market, land registry records confirm that the Tennessee native has sold her Franklin ranch for $14.5 million. Cyrus acquired the estate in 2017 for $5.8 million – increasing its value by 150% over only five years. The farmhouse-style house spans nearly 7,000 square feet of living space and sits on over 33.5 acres.

According to Dirt, the $14.5 million sale price makes this the second-most expensive Nashville-area home this year, the first being the prestigious Belle Meade home that Reese Witherspoon acquired recently.

The property is fully gated, heavily wooded, and set at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with no close neighbors. A smaller detached barn-style building is located just down a path from the main house. The roof of it is finished with green paneling and gorgeous farm-like details on the exterior. The main house has a long, wrap-around porch and a rooftop deck with endless views.

The home is complete with five bedrooms, four full baths and two powder rooms. It also features a covered porch area, reclaimed wood flooring, wood beams, a kitchen with premium Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. In the backyard you’ll find a screened porch with a fireplace, a large patio, swimming pool and putting green.

Last year, the singer sold her Hidden Hills home for $7.2 million, and in 2020 she sold her secluded Malibu home. Cyrus still owns her $4 million house in the leafy foothills of L.A.’s Studio City neighborhood.
