The latest development in the Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott relationship saga is real estate related. Days after the rapper took to Instagram to deny accusations that he cheated on the reality star, the pair have placed their jointly-owned Beverly Hills mansion on the market for $21.9 million, reports Dirt.

It’s interesting timing, but the listing may not be much more than a business move. Scott and Jenner, who share a four-year-old daughter, Stormi, and an eight-month-old son whose name they have not revealed, have been dating on-and-off since 2017, but have never lived together. They purchased the 9,680 square foot, seven bedroom, 10 bathroom pad together in 2018 for $13.5 million, and at the time, an anonymous source told people magazine that the property was “an investment,” which seems likely considering that Jenner was then living at her bright and sparkly Martyn Lawrence Bullard-designed mansion in Hidden Hills. In the years since, she’s added a contemporary Holmby Hills estate with more subdued decor—which she showed off in a Vogue video last year—to her portfolio. As for Scott, he lives in a curvy, futuristic hilltop behemoth in Brentwood.

The home they are looking to part ways with is contemporary and trendy, with oak floors throughout and sliding glass doors for easy indoor-outdoor living. Moody black cabinetry adds drama to the kitchen, and a black accent wall surrounding the fireplace in the living room makes for a cozy elegance. Amenities on the 1.1 acre property include a swimming pool, spa, 3-car garage, built-in BBQ, and even a detached guest house.
