James Corden, host of the Late Late Show, lists his $22 million Los Angeles home

Late night TV presenter James Corden is ready to sell his Los Angeles property, which went on the market Tuesday with a $22 million price tag, as he plans to go back to the UK.

The home’s white-wood exterior exudes New England transitional style, and it “features timeless architecture, bespoke interiors, and expansive front [and] rear gardens for a truly unparalleled, California lifestyle,” according to the listing with James Harris and David Parness of The Agency, who, though a representative, declined to comment. The home is hidden behind gates in the city’s upscale Brentwood Park neighborhood. According to the description, the seven-bedroom home was built in 1997 and has undergone extensive renovations.

The rest of the house, which includes a family room with a wood-burning fireplace, a library, a living room, and a living room with vaulted ceilings and bespoke molding, is accessed by an opulent entrance. There is also a home theater, a gym, and a formal dining room. The chef’s kitchen is spacious and has cupboards painted turquoise, a marble island, and a breakfast nook.

According to the description, the principal suite upstairs features a marble fireplace, built-in cabinetry, a lounge, two walk-in closets, and two bathrooms, while the secondary primary suite has an office and kitchenette.

A large lawn outside is surrounded by grassy play areas, a trampoline that is buried, a pool, a Jacuzzi, an outdoor kitchen, and a pizza oven.
