Bentley is building a stunning 60-story residential tower in Miami

Bentley cars are so amazing you’d want to live in them, but you don’t have to.Not when you can reside in the luxury carmaker’s high-end condominium tower.
The automotive brand has partnered with Dezer Development and Seiger Suarez Architects to build the brand’s first residential tower in Sunny Isles Beach, Fla.
The snazzy  Aston Martin Miami residences  will enjoy the company of Bentley’s beautiful 60-floor construction touted to be the tallest residential building on a US beachfront and house more than 200 luxury apartments. The 6,000 square-foot apartments will comprise indoor and outdoor living areas (2,000 square feet).
A location as prime as this, with the stunning Miami Beach as its backdrop, can be thoroughly enjoyed with floor-to-ceiling glass windows.

Outdoors will play an equally important role as the condominiums interiors at the opulent address Bentley Residences  Miami.
Future residents can expect the works from a sprawling private balcony complete with a swimming pool, a sauna, and an outdoor shower.
Juxtaposed next to the units is a multi-car garage and patented ‘Dezervator’ or drive-in elevator.
Living in a luxury tower also means you have the best of everything.
Bentley offers several shared amenities like a residents-only restaurant, a carefully curated bar, and a cigar lounge.

The tower will include a movie theater, an expensive fitness center, and breathtaking communal gardens for entertainment purposes. New Atlas  shared, “Built with luxury car owners in mind, each residence will include an in-unit multi-car garage and a patented car Dezervator [car elevator] alongside all the most desirable luxury amenities and world-class service,” explained Bentley.

“As guests drive down the sprawling driveway into the sales gallery, they will be greeted by an abstract, life-size floating speed form Bentley sculpture, which will live outside of the Bentley Residences tower upon completion. Additional information about the Bentley design integration will follow in 2022.”

The building looks incredible with a diamond-like facade comprising a reflective surface with windows made of triangulated glass. Bentley Residences Miami is due for completion in 2026, with units starting at $4.2 million.
